Follow the work from preparation to finishing
The first Winter Garden crew may be smaller than the group present when several trades overlap. Give the rental contact an expected pattern of users and shifts. Explain which permanent facilities remain available and whether teams work in separate areas.
Build in a review when the phase changes
Discuss washing, placement and cleaning for the expected activity. Keep the service approach free as materials accumulate. If workers move or access closes, agree a revised arrangement before relocating the equipment or relying on the original quantity and schedule.
When will the largest group actually be working?
Explain which trades arrive together and which leave before the next stage. The likely peak may be later than the first delivery, so discuss how the arrangement can be reviewed before that point. Include any permanent toilets that workers are allowed to use and any work stage that changes their access.
- Likely peak in simultaneous workers
- Permitted permanent facilities by work stage
- Planned review before demand changes
