Collect the facts that change equipment choice
Bring the property address, intended use, dates, entrance and surface conditions. Describe existing bathrooms and essential features. If a trailer is preferred, add utility information; if an accessible unit is requested, include the route people will use to reach it.
Confirm the instructions with the receiving person
Review placement, service access and the collection process with the contact who will actually be on site. Keep revisions with the order. Ask before relocating units or changing connections so that a small layout adjustment does not undermine the agreed arrangement.
Test the proposal against the final working layout
Check the intended position after accounting for fencing, materials, seating or other rental equipment. Review both the user approach and the route needed for supplier visits. If either changes, ask for the revised arrangement to be confirmed before the layout is treated as final, and give the receiving contact the same version.
