Describe the programme as well as attendance
Crowd movement can make one restroom location much busier than another. Share the event layout, entrances, refreshments and peak sessions when asking about quantity and placement. Include vendors and workers who remain before and after the public hours.
Plan attention while the grounds are active
Ask how cleaning, supplies and service access will work during use. Agree an organiser contact who can clear the approach. Portable facilities form part of the event plan; they do not replace the organiser’s separate permission, accessibility and safety responsibilities.
Check whether the programme creates separate restroom needs
Describe activity areas that operate at the same time and any entrances or breaks that concentrate use. Ask how the equipment positions, washing and service arrangement address those patterns. Include the staff remaining outside public hours so a total visitor estimate does not hide a different need at the beginning or end.
- Simultaneous activity areas
- Concentrated use around breaks
- Staff requirements outside public hours
