Look beyond the first crew
Explain which trades may overlap and whether the working area will move. Include permanent bathrooms that workers are actually permitted to use. Ask how quantity and cleaning can be reviewed as the project develops.
Reserve a route through later deliveries
Materials, fencing and parked vehicles can change service access. Have the site lead approve the position and keep the approach clear. Confirm a revised location before moving equipment when the work sequence changes.
At which work stage should the sanitation plan be reviewed?
Tell the rental contact when the Groveland workforce or working area is expected to change. Agree who will request a review before that stage and keep the service approach available until a revision is accepted. The first crew’s needs do not necessarily represent the busiest point of the project.
