Match the visit to site procedures
Describe the authorised access point, check-in process and contact for an industrial property. Explain shifts and the work area needing ordinary toilet and washing facilities. Have the site manager review the position rather than treating any empty space as appropriate.
State the limits of the requested facility
An ordinary portable restroom does not automatically serve specialist washing or decontamination needs. Explain the actual task and ask which service is offered. Agree supplies and maintenance access without interfering with restricted operations or relying on an unconfirmed emergency response promise.
Have the site team define the ordinary sanitation task
Explain who needs toilet and handwashing access, their shifts and the area where that equipment may stand. Ask the responsible team to review supplier movement and access procedures. Keep specialist safety washing or decontamination needs separate from this request unless the provider explicitly offers the required service and the site team has assessed it.
- Users and shifts in scope
- Site-approved position and supplier procedure
- Specialist safety needs considered separately
