Specify the equipment rather than the vehicle type
If a camper stay or temporary property use needs a separate toilet, say so when enquiring. A portable cabin order is different from RV tank pumping or a vehicle connection. Confirm property permission and describe the people, dates and proposed outdoor position.
Plan around the occupants’ movements
Discuss how service can reach the equipment if the occupants travel or the gate is locked. Include washing and supplies in the arrangement. Tell the rental contact about date changes and request collection through the agreed process, not just through a changed travel plan.
Ask about the requested service, not an assumed package
Say whether the temporary property use needs a freestanding toilet, washing or a separate vehicle-related service. Ask the business to confirm what it actually offers for the location. Include permission, the equipment position and a collection contact; a change to a camper itinerary is not automatic notice to an unrelated rental supplier.
- Actual service requested
- Property and placement approval
- Supplier told about date changes
